According to Wikipedia: "Dual quads" refer to a pair of 4-barrel carburetors on an intake manifold usually atop a V8 engine. Dual quads were optional equipment available on certain General Motors, Chrysler and Ford muscle cars of the 50s and 60s and are considered a rare and desirable option. The basic theory of operation was similar to other multiple carburetor setups... increase the air and fuel intake of the motor.
What we think: Dual quads are flat out cool.
Here are a collection of photos that we hope will inspire you to add dual quads to your muscle car or street rod.
